Kabir Suri
Co-Founder & Director, Azure Hospitality

Kabir Suri is the Co-Founder and Director of Azure Hospitality and currently serves as President of the National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI). A graduate in Economics and Business Management, he began his career in commercial real estate finance before transitioning into hospitality, where he gained international experience across operations, business development and brand expansion.

Driven by a passion for restaurants and consumer experiences, Kabir has played a pivotal role in building Azure Hospitality into one of India’s leading homegrown hospitality companies. Under his leadership, Azure Hospitality has developed and scaled a diverse portfolio of brands including Mamagoto, Dhaba Estd. 1986 Delhi, Sly Granny,  and several other hospitality concepts across India.

Today, his focus remains on driving growth, innovation and long-term value creation while shaping the future of India’s restaurant industry.

Rahul Khanna
Co-Founder & Director, Azure Hospitality

Rahul Khanna is the Co-Founder and Director of Azure Hospitality. A graduate of Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management and brings a multidisciplinary approach to hospitality, design and brand development.

Prior to co-founding Azure Hospitality, Rahul worked with globally recognised hospitality companies across London, Hong Kong and Dubai, gaining experience in operations, guest experience and concept development.

Over the years, he has been instrumental in shaping Azure Hospitality’s brand portfolio, helping create and grow concepts including Mamagoto, Dhaba Estd. 1986 Delhi, Sly Granny, . His expertise lies in building culturally relevant brands and memorable guest experiences that combine food, design and storytelling.

Janti Dugal
Food Director, Azure Hospitality

Jaiywanti (Janti) Dugal has been the Food Director at Azure Hospitality since its inception and remains one of the driving forces behind the group’s culinary vision. She oversees menu development, research and innovation across Azure’s restaurant brands, ensuring consistency, quality and creativity across every kitchen.

Drawing inspiration from her Sikh and Indonesian heritage, extensive travels across Asia and decades of culinary experience, Janti has built a distinctive approach to Pan-Asian cuisine rooted in authenticity and innovation.

With a team of over 250 chefs under her leadership, she continues to champion fresh ingredients, evolving flavours and scalable recipes that remain true to the spirit of the brand.

Vineet Kochar
Chief Operating Officer, Azure Hospitality

Vineet Kochar serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Azure Hospitality, overseeing operations, growth and business performance across the group’s nationwide portfolio.

An MBA graduate from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and a commerce graduate, Vineet brings extensive experience across restaurant operations, brand management and business strategy. Throughout his career, he has led new market expansions, operational excellence initiatives and large-scale team development programmes within the hospitality industry.

At Azure Hospitality, he plays a key role in strengthening and scaling brands including Mamagoto, Dhaba Estd. 1986 Delhi, Sly Granny, Foxtrot, Maalgaadi, Okie Pokie, Rollmaal, Speedy Chow, Mamapaati and other hospitality ventures across India. 

Chef Ravi Saxena
Corporate Chef, Azure Hospitality

With over three decades of culinary experience, Chef Ravi Saxena is one of the driving forces behind Azure Hospitality’s culinary vision and standards. A graduate of IHM Goa, he began his career with The Leela before taking on leadership roles across some of India’s most respected hospitality institutions and international hotel groups.

Over the years, he has built extensive expertise across diverse cuisines, kitchen operations, menu development and team leadership. His professional journey includes senior culinary positions with renowned establishments in India and the Middle East, where he played a key role in launching restaurants, mentoring teams and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

As Corporate Chef at Azure Hospitality, Chef Ravi oversees culinary innovation, menu development and quality excellence across the group’s restaurants. His passion for authentic flavours, continuous evolution and culinary craftsmanship continues to shape the organisation’s food philosophy and guest experience.
